Fine Art Monographs

Books are a true passion of mine; I love everything about them–the feel of the paper, designing text and curating the perfect images to tell each artist’s story in ways that words simply can’t. Each project is akin to curating an artist’s retrospective. This retrospective, however, lasts forever.

Catalogues

Exhibition catalogues are always fun to create; especially since exhibitions are gone in the blink of an eye. In my mind, it’s imperative to document the work that goes into a show. Here’s a sample of some of my favorite catalogues.

Artists Marketing
Don Coen, The Migrant Series. Published for the Phoenix Museum of Art.

Selected Bylines

For the past 30 years, I’ve written for numerous publications including, 5280, Denver’s Magazine; Western Art & Architecture; Southwest Art Magazine; Ovation; Colorado Expressions; ArtRevue; Breckinridge Magazine; and The Artist Magazine. Samples of my writing below.
